Do you ever get annoyed with snarky answers enough that you go the answerer's page and take points away from them as payback?

Nope. When I get snarky answers, especially from a particular user, I report that user to the staff. Some of the snarky answers are also spam/offensive, so I have flagged them as such. I will not go to the profile of those people to downrate them. That's called trolling.

Nope. Downrating is only for answers that make no logical sense as far as I'm concerned. I wouldn't downrate just because I didn't get along with someone. I can't control their behavior or character, but I can control mine. :P

Nope. Retaliatory DR'ing is an offense worthy of the Penalty Box and it's kind of childish too. I just don't interact with that person anymore if I can help it.

I don't really get too annoyed with snarkiness here...not usually. Whenever it does annoy me, I just get snarky right back. It's more fun that way than just taking points away from someone.
