Hire a competent GM. Draft offensive linemen. Start developing a QB of the future.

Well since your QB, in my opinion is a good QB, Needs a better QB coach because he's not a bad QB. Then your Line, much like my team, Needs to give him more time to throw the ball, because your receiving core isn't bad either, So either try and get a new Line coach or just make the current coach do more pass blocking drills. Then your defense has some good talent no need to change that, I would just give them smoe time to get some more chemistry.
