  • One of those pain patches could help. Soak in a hot bath with epsom salts. Taking some extra magnesium helps with muscle spasms. Try not to do too much if you can. Sit with a heating pad on it. A couple glasses of wine wouldn't hurt.
  • You can alernate heat and cold and take some ibuprofen which will help with pain and swelling.
