    Everything has vanishing points. On a peacock, each plane has several vanishing points! It can get pretty complicated so I suggest learning the principals of perspective and then applying these ideas to the drawing of the bird. It is easier and will ultimately result in a more natural looking picture. However, if you are drawing boxy things and linear things, do learn about perspective and all of those vanishing points.
