If you are going to cook in the oven then use a bag made for cooking in the oven. I would put dry spice on first and cook at 350 for approximately 1 hour and then remove from theovenand place on a broiler pan and lather with sauce and broild until the sauce starts turning a little dark. Be careful with sauce the sugar will burn and ruin a meal. Mr Bill

Yum - I broil my babybacks for 7 min per side then seal them up in foil and add sliced onions and a few garlic cloves. I bake them about 2 hours at 325, then uncover, drain a little of the fat, then coat with my friend's home made BBQ sauce and finish then up for about 1 more hour in the oven. By then they are so very tender. I've read where people broiled them the last few minutes to kind of 'set' the sauce...I may try that sometime ;-)

I rub mine with my own spice mix(use your fav),dizzle with apple cider vinegar and wrap tightly in 2 layers of foil. Bake them for 2 1/2 hours at 325.Open the foil and broil for 3-5 minutes depending on the rack placement,or until crispy on the outside. remove and let rest for 10 minutes. Cut into single ribs and toss in a large bowl with your favorite (pre-heated) sauce.
