If we are losing all five of them, then we would not be able to keep one of them. However, in the spirit of the question, if I was to lose 4 senses and keep just one, I'd need my eyes to help me keep my balance. Without vision, I'd be bumping into just about everything and it would be worse when my balance starts to shift and I can't feel it. I already use my eye sight to that end because of muscular atrophy in my ankles.

I would keep my sight.

Since taste and smelling are closely related, I coould not choose between those two. I could give up my hearing and sight, but without a sense of touch I would not feel pain or even find my way around. I would keep my sense of touch.

I would hate losing my sense of sight the most. But I could cope with losing any of them.

I'd hate to lose the ability to see. it would be terrifying. Imagine losing the vibrancy of colour, the beauty of the world around you! it would suck big time.

touch or sight... probably touch b/c you would be very debilitated without it. Holding hands, driving, showers, pain, everything...
-
I have allergies to (almost) everything... I have almost no sense of smell as it is. Can't say I'd miss what I don't have.

I would hate to lose my sight - but that would be closely followed by taste
