Sometimes, but it really depends on the who's what's when's where's and how's. My ex husband refused to work, and therefore he was poor and deserved it. My aunt and uncle worked their asses off for years but their business eventually failed. They don't deserve to be poor IMO.

Not all of them but most of them. Because most of the cases they don't want to be a hard worker. In some of the cases ,it is their bad luck also

No. But I think that God stamps our fate on our bottoms the moment we are born and we sometimes have to accept that.

sometimes, yes. other times, no. I used to live out of my van. I take responsibility, but I also know that I don't particularly deserve to live out of a van. then again, I know this couple that bounces from friend's house to friend's house... and they definitely deserve it. so it just depends.

No, not if they are born in to it or they fall on bad times. No one deserves to be poor, some just are.
-
If their fate is that they have a very small amount of money to buy the necessities in life and they are able to work but choose not to, then I'd have to answer yes. If they can't work for one reason or another then I'd say no.

No.
-
Only if they are otherwise financially viable, and find themselves broke by there own actions.
-
some do, some don't.

Maybe, maybe not. But shouldn't the more important question be "Do they deserve to stay that way?"
