We often have a bagel with some fruit or jam. Sometimes an egg sammie with Canadian bacon on an english muffin. Sometimes oatmeal or rice with nuts and fruit. Once a week it's something really fab like fancy french toast or biscuits and gravy or plum coffee cake. We are quite the bakers in this family. BUt it's rare for us to miss breakfast.
