Drifting off to sleep, do you make a noise or jerk/twitch?

I usually jerk once before I go to sleep ;)

My wife always falls asleep with a Jerk...ME.

Sometimes I do twitch and wake myself back up. Kinda sucks when that happens.

I always look at the time right before i close my eyes i also switch from one side to the other a lot I just don't stop moving > <
