It's... possible? Most of the little pamphlets you get with the pill would basically advise that it's VERY possible. But, there are tons of different factors, and every woman's different. Eg if you'd been on the pill for a year before this, your chances would probably be lower than if you'd only taken those four BC pills in your entire life. Too many factors to really say; it's just... possible.

If you started at the correct time, it is VERY likely that you will, although perhaps a few days later.
