Coffee, but don't add cream or sugar...right
-
Coffee, tea, herb tea, fruit and veggie juices when made at home don't need sugar added to them.

Crystal Light packages are great! There's a lot of different flavors. Of course there's always diet drinks. They have zero sugar, but I don't think that's what you were asking about.

Tea would be my first choice. It is ok without sugar, or Splenda is good, once you get used to it. It doesn't raise your blood sugar levels as rapidly as regular sugar, so you don't get mood swings from the highs and lows sugar can cause. Tea is also very inexpensive, great hot or cold, so it's good year round, it comes in regular or decaf (good for kids or late day), comes in so many flavors, and is full of antioxidants! What more could you hope for in a drink? lol Can you tell tea is my favorite drink of all? :)

water comes in different flavors. My granddaughter frinks it. Or you can get seltzer, that is also flavored:)
-
Drink tea with no sugar and add a crystal light lemon package to it. YUM!

isn't diet soda sugar free, too? oh, actually... try Honest Tea. I get it at the gas station it's all natural, and just barely sweet enough. comes in a bunch of flavors, too. delicious.

Homemade ice tea. You can use sweetner instead of sugar. My mom used to mix two thirds ice tea with one third orange juice. It was an old Betty Crocker recipe and I used it for years too, until I became allergic to OJ. Our grandparents used to drink mint tea made with fresh home grown mint. Homemade lemonade made with sweetner. Old timers used to make switchel http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,163,153160-248192,00.html or ginger water http://www.stoptheride.net/2008/02/little-house-sports-drink-ginger-water.html to drink in the hay fields. You could always make this with sweetner too.
-
Try green tea.

Propel water by Gatorade. It's sugar-free, I think.
