The pub. Nasty, sleasy place. Would avoid it by a long way - and anybody who went there. The decision. The consensus in most places - including, I think, Melbourne - is that women's (and men's) knocker area should be covered in public. While I am sure that it is possible to remove knickers without displaying that which opinion suggests should not be shown in public, it is difficult and the promotion is undoubtedly an invitation to do so. This is not an absolute statement, but rather a statement that people should behave themself in public (and a pub is a public house) in accordance with the generally accepted rules of their community. In a nudist camp, the accepted behaivour is differnt and the rules would be different. As they would be in a strip club or brothel.
