If this is going into an 8th season, maybe we should just face the facts here and realize that she's no kind of "slayer". Prolly not even wounding them all that much, either. How about "Buffy the Vampire Vamp"? Or "Buffy the Vampire Tantalizer"? "Buffy the Vampire Tramp"?

No there isn't an eighth tv season but they did continue the series into a comic that takes the place of season 8. Joss Whendon makes Buffy have a lesbian scene in one of them.
