I never have, but I know a couple of people who have. None of them seem to be scared by this. I hope he feels better soon.

I was once robbed in the streets of San Francisco in broad daylight. The guy also punched me. Loads of people were around and nobody intervened.

Fortunately i never was but my brother was twice he was lucky to get out alive in one of them only for a guy said he is one of "clanceys mates" only for that guy my brother would have been in a worse way...

Some guy tried to rob me at knife point. It didn't go too well for him though. I grabbed him by the wrist, torqued it, and then broke it.

No, I never have. But I have been burgled 3 times in different houses. The first was by 2 men at 2 oclock in the morning. I was awake and alone in the house and couldn't reach the phone. I was scared out of my wits. I could see their reflection in the landing window and heard them break in and walk about. The next two, I was asleep throughout and both times they were in my bedroom! Luckily, I was not alone. I have also been beaten up in my teens just for the heck of it. And I live in a nice neighbourhood!

I have never been robbed but I was in a store that was. I chased down the guy and the police got him. A second time a guy ran out of a store near where I live after having gone into the till. I chased him down as well until he hid in a small tool shed so I waited outside the tool shed until the police came and nabbed him. Another time I had two guys try to sell me some stolen goods at Home Depot so I told them to follow me home so I could get my money. I called the police and they were waiting for them when we arrived at my house. Don't let people rob you. If you do, you are part of the problem not part of the solution.

Yep, when I was a kid. A drive by. They said to empty my pockets. I had 5 cents. They were going to also take a watch that my grandmother gave me but a person came by and they drove away...
