Smart people who seem stupid. And it's me, not them. I always think someone is dumb because of the way they present themselves or the way they act or talk. In fact, most of the people I meet are pretty intelligent. Dang it.

Smart people who seem stupid... actually this would describe most of my friends... and me. I am very intelligent (at times) but I tend to just say... stupid ass things...

Both. I've had to deal with plenty of intelligent people who can't order a frickin' pizza in a remotely resaonable manner. On the other hand, I've had plenty of employees who can't follow directions, don't retain information for more than 5 seconds, and make incredibly poor decisions. Yet, they will tell me all about this or that, behaving like an authority on the subject, while they demonstrate how truly stupid they are.
