Decent starters are around 250 and up, the nicer stuff begins at about 1500 (and of course up yo...).

Like most things it depends on the quality of keyboard you want. Also what type and what add-ons (ie MIDI capabilities etc...). To get professional quality you may spend anywhere from 5-10K or more. But look for used ones. You can usually find some steals.
