  • I would never marry one because I know I could not possibly handle it.
  • Hope he doesn't taste the soup?
  • I wouldnt care. I'd rather him be a plastic surgeon than an OBGYN, i'm just saying that I'd like the hook up, thats all. lol
  • Wonder how I became gay and married.
  • Well, those are 2 jobs that pay really well and I trust my husband completely, so I think I would handle it very well.
  • from all the people i knew that were in these fields, it was like seen one seen them all. the only trouble their spouses had was to keep them interested in their stuff...
  • Ok here's the male perspective on this....Not only do you have to see the good looking patients but alot of patients who are looksd challenged too or elderly. So I would imagine being exposed to something like that all day long every day of the week there is a tendency for you to get burned out on seeing it again. So some hot supermodel walks in and the first reaction to that is "so what...it looks like the last 3000 I saw this week...."...
  • I would have a very healthy cookie or the best implants in town!
  • hmmm....very strange question...lol Not sure! Guess you have to be in that situ to really know how you will react. I wouldn't want my other half looking at me in a clinical manner not him look at other women in a non clinical manner. Actually don't get how a man can do that job without being turned on. I mean, if guys think about sex every few seconds and his face is between some women's legs...well??? I guess I wouldn't like it!
  • Well I'd handle more money in my pocket by getting free service (if my husband were a gynie man)! If my husband saw breasts for a living, I'd handle THAT by having a wonderfully much higher standard of living since we'd be rich as hell!
  • I am a man and will answer this question from the perspective of a man whose wife goes to a gynaecologist (only the once!)... I consider them extremely professional people and do not have a problem with it at all.
  • those people have studied a lot to reach those positions. i dont think they did it to get a kick out of their patients. i think the hospital setting is not exactly stimulating. the docs would be pressed for time usually, and the patients would be soooo frightened or unsure about what is going to happen that hooking up would not even be considered by either party.
  • I don't think I would have too much of a problem, as those professions, they say, distance themselves quite far from the general sexual appeal everyone seems to ignorantly attribute them to. But, that doesn't say much for personal fetishes or weird unconventional sexual mind frames that may, or may not, have led them there. Either way, as long as his sexual approaches and responses don't reflect the job he does; ''look honey, let's use THIS today! O_o
  • OB/GYN, breast implant surgeons, etc do not view it as looking at cooters and fondling breasts - they see nothing sexual in what they are doing at their job; therefore no one should have a problem with their husbands working in such a job.
  • If your spouse's career triggers, in what my opinion sounds like an immature issue, then perhaps you (not YOU specifically) are mentally too juvenile to be married. Infidelity comes in all professions so to overly worry about it simply because he or she sees others naked day to day is just silly.
  • I would be fine with it. It takes a unique person to become a doctor of any kind and in my opinion, they are way beyond the immaturity and lack of development that can be found in someone who only uses the weaker side of the brain. Doctors are gifted and as another poster stated.. they learn so much that while I am sure they do appreciate as a man, they have learned enough to see it for what it is. A fact of life and very much needed.
  • You asked this question 4 times
  • the money would be great!
  • At least they are hard working respectable careers. Most doctors, whether gynos or not, are professional and never even consider what they are doing as more than a professional issue.. and why stop with them. I just had surgery and my urologist was "up there".. with kidneys.. other MD's work with "breast" issues so it's not just these 2 careers.. Even as a family practice MD, my doctor has examined me and seen me in the "buff" .. so if that is an issue, then you need to stay away from anyone working in medicine..whether MD or nurse or x ray tech or whatever..
  • The ladies would handle the check book.
