His "handlers" are telling him what to do and when to do it..they were nowhere to be found last time, during Katrina and you see what happened. They programmed him to respond differently this time..they don't want the hassle..also, since Texas was a target, maybe he noticed..you notice everytime Florida is involved he notices! :(

I should hope so. There were many lessons to be learned from Katrina. I know one thing for sure: that Houston has the most awesome mayor and he gets things done. He has his act together. I heard there are lessons to be learned from this hurricane also.

Experience is the best teacher. In this country we oust the President by the time he has learned how to do it. Of course, that keeps us a democracy rather than a Dictatorship.
