    For all intents and purposes, no. If she were to put the cocaine in her vagina, for some reason, then of course you could. Otherwise, the answer is no.
    Cocaine is metabolized in the liver and converted in the blood to benzoylecgonine and ecgonine methyl ester, which are passed in the urine.
    If you were to perform oral sex on her you MAY pick up trace amounts of these metabolites, but it would not be enough to affect you or cause you to fail a drug test.

    Not in large enough quantities to have any real effect. If you take cocaine then it is inhaled and passed into the blood stream very quickly, giving a 'hit', or blood rush, as I understand these things. As your blood is cleaned then the various bodily fluids that come into contact with the excrement can pick up trace amounts of such things as cocaine, but only in really minute quantities. If you then have sex, or are sexually aroused, there might be a tiny trace in your vaginal fluid, but it would then have to be eaten to be trnsmitted.
