Not hard at all, drive the vehicle to a certified mechanic and have them do it.
Bearings (as in inside the wheel assembly) is something you do with a mechanic who has done it a few (many) times in order to make certain that you do not make a tiny mistake or forget to put even the smallest part back in it.

in modern cars it is a whole sealed package. I saw them to my van at lesschwabb, looked doable but I did not see how hard it was to get to it
