I've lost 20-25 pounds in the past year, mostly through altering my diet and excercise. Sorry, no silver bullet there.

The most ive lost is 30lbs in 2 weeks from walking.

1.7 stone, pure starvation. Not recommended, and I did it more for the pain anyway... I was one sick child...

I have always been very thin, but when I got pregnant, I gained 70 pounds, and it took me 3-4 weeks after giving birth to lose all this weight... I know I lost the weight too fast but it magically melted away by itself... So I lost 70 lbs in 4 weeks...going from 192 lbs back to 125 lbs way too fast...

Roughly 35 pounds. I used to weigh in at around 10 stone, but over the course of the past few months I've dropped down to 8.5.

Stef; Have you talked to your Doctor? Alot of it is water, some is after baby stuff, and of course the baby. Hey congrats on the new little one! I love babies. So ask the doctor, if okayd by the doctor, and if you feel good, don't worry. After i had my last baby i gained 35lbs it took 4ever to shed. So enjoy your new baby, relax and be glad you have your shape back. :) Before that I lost 10lbs in 2 weeks.

about 65 lbs and NO PILLS or organizations helped. I just ate more fruit and vegetables and less fats and sweets, then started to walk a few days a week for no less then 30 min. a day.

I lost 60 lbs a few years back, then gained it all PLUS some after having my two kids. Now I've lost 61 lbs (and counting) since August '06. My goal is to lose about 25 more.

I lost 100 lbs once, going from 225 to 125, and I got a six pack at the time too... I did it by working outside in the sun after work and on the weekends, leveling a hill in a relatives backyard, making a nice yard for them, and building a stone retaining wall... took about 6 months or so, and I really didn't pay much attention to the weight coming off except for having to buy a new pair of jeans every couple of months...
