I'm a reserch Doctor. Some are use chemical to produse white pepper from black pepper. i want to know what are the chemical they could use for this purpose? this purely on accademic purpose.

I'm unaware of any chemical process to create white pepper. White pepper is merely the seed of the pepper berry, minus the fruit pulp. Black pepper, on the other hand, is the entire berry for the most part.
