Who is more affected by a bank robbery, the customers present, or the staff who actually get the gun pointed in their face? The staff at least have some training in how to handle the situation.

I never had training..... When I was working in the bank and we got held up it was just common sense....Don't be the hero. The bank has insurance, it's not my money, give it to them!!!

no amount of training works for a situation like that. i think the member of staff who have the gun in their face are effected more
