not a hypothetical situation it is the truth the boy is 14 now but i think there is some underlying problem from this situation. So any info will help please help with any information you can

If that is the case maticz, why not call child protection serviced or social service etc. You can stay anonymous, that is horrible and against the law to expose any child to that.
