  • Its not likely, cosmic rays, are colliding at much greater energy levels, in space all the time, with out incident, so I wouldn't be too concerned. It is possible, that micro black holes may form when masses collide with such force, but would be unstable and disappear immediately. It is highly unlikely, that the extreme mass of the possible singularities formed, would cause them (as black holes) to fall into the earth, and devour the planet, as some have speculated. At any rate, they start tomorrow, at lower than capacity energy levels, maybe we'll find out more then.
  • About as much danger as the Millennium bug... They just have to keep us scared all the time, don't they?
