I dont think this is a quantifiable statistic. Informed is a general word. I dont think they were greatly informed to begin with considering they got pregnant so my guess would be very few.

i don't think such a percentage is known. i don't think the number is high though

Probably less than 10%. No teen wants to be pregnant and probably only goes through with it because they are afraid or pressured by someone else. Teens with kids are usually ostracized because they look like prostitutes and generally have no bright future.
