  • Don't play with them! On the other hand if one of the two was going to win anyway and beat the 3rd person it doesn't really matter to that 3rd person which one it is- they are losing either way. Technically you cannot ask to see the hole cards once the would-be winner has folded them, but if it is an issue at your house game you are welcome to make it a rule that collusion is not part of what you are looking for in the game. This type of activity is not illegal though (technically it isn't collusion) because they are not revealing their cards to each other- they are simply playing off how they feel the hand will go down. To stop it just be honest with them and if they aren't honest with you then ask them not to play with you guys.
  • I would address the issue face-to-face .. I wouldn't like that to happen when I'm playing, especially if it's a tourney!!
