"Exact cost" and "all available options" are pretty tall orders... I use Edmunds.com for pricing and comparison. They claim to have both suggested retail and invoice prices for most major makes and models. I can not personally vouch for their accuracy or completeness, but I do recommend them as a resource. I am sure there are others, but I don't remember them off the top of my head.
