  • No, they would not, it's 1 person only, regardless of their disease, and by law they can only vote once, regardless of state, or even country in which they live in. Some suffer from as many as 100 different personalities (well, i think the most recorded was in the 90s), and they sitll only can vote once.
  • No, not unless each separate personality had a separate social security number. i do not believe the federal government would recognize this condition, as warranting more than one social security number.
