My g/f wanted me to ask this one.Why do we see more white women with black men than white men with black women on television.(my g/f is black by the way)

MY Black friends tell me they like white girls because it's their way of "sticking it to the white man" - there is something appealing to them about the thought of "corrupting" a white girl.. these are their exact words. Most white men don't date black women often due to social issues and cultural differences in behavior. It really depends on where the girl is coming from and how she acts/was raised.

it seems like that observation might be true in real america, also!!! i'm imagining that it might have something to do with holding the family and culture together. maybe white guys just don't do it for black women, in mass, as black guys do for white women. i'm just guessing on this one.

White men with black men issue can be com[plicated. SOme just fall in lvoe with who they fall in lvoe with, some are self hating, and others fall in love with the race and not the person. It all depends on the person and because it seems like most black men are leaving black women for white (theres more appeal in that mix to some, also, now its socially acceptable) it leaves more black women out there alone. I think , and this is my uneducated opinion, that when black women are paired with someone other than black they are trying to appeal to the black female demographic...because, hoenstly, msot black women are getting to the poit of where they would date outside of their race. And from my eyes, it seems like that seems to be a new concept for some black women and its appealing to them. Just like how certian black guys think white girls are better, well some black girls think anyone but a black man is better. Since I dont know the whole entire race of black women and cant speak on their behalf my opinion is probably wrong.

It's not about the color of a person that make you who you are, it's the parents that raise you make you that way. Because, if we just sit back and think not one baby born ever knew what color they were until their parents told them. So, think this is a learned behavior when it comes to the black and white issue. God made every man in his image so what do that tells you. God don't judge anyone by there color but by the heart of man. Just remember black people has come a long way and so has the whites with this name calling and color thing. God ask in the bible about the prositute the first man without sin cast the first stone. That's the way I see it and that's the way it is. But,that's my opinion.

In real life I see more black women with white men. Many black girls say that white men have more respect for them. TV is like twisted reality if real life echoed tv everthing woudl be backwards.

because white women who do like black men are more more attracted to the black culture, vs. black women being attracted to the white culture. even though black women do date white men, the rest of the black women dont think the white culture is as apealling, thus they dont date white men. :)
