You probably are not in danger of gaining weight from a single weekend of over indulgence. It's your general habits that will dictate that. If you're worried, try parking a block from your destination and walking the extra bit. Snack on fruits and vegetables. Stick to a small exercise routine, fifteen or twenty minutes a few times a week can make a real difference in your body over a little bit of time. Try this site http://health.yahoo.com/experts/weightkoch/ I was answering your question and actually just got sidetracked reading entries there. LOL

Exercise and make healthy choices in terms of what goes into your mouth..the best thing you can do is hold on to the guilt of pigging out..hold on to it , embrace it, frolic about in it..so you won't do that to yourself again. Guilt works wonders..also, tighter-than-usual jeans helps a lot too! :) Happy Monday! :)

Stay active and drink plenty of water and juices to keep your system flushed out.

Walk a bit more than nornal, druink lots of juices and water, eat fruits and vegitables, if you get a craving for protein find a male and go down on him?

Compensate for the scarf down by being physically active, drinking alot of water and eating sensibly the rest of the week.

If I may, what exactly did you scarf down on and are they foods that you do occasionally have? It may seem obvious but it took me years to figure out that completely avoiding 'bad' food (ice cream, other high calorie, high carb, high fat foods) was the ultimate downfall. I'd do well for about a week and then just go on a binge with stuff I shouldn't have. Sweets were never anything I really liked but bread and milk were my big problem foods, I could easily put away a gallon of milk and loaf of bread in one sitting when I was in binge mode. I tried to cut it out completely but that didn't work, now I allow myself a little bit but not much and it is much more controllable. I've nothing else besides that to suggest, other ABers have already offered anythign else I might have and I'm not familiar with the exact circumstances surroundign your weekend but anyways, hope that helps some.
