Whats the big deal about North Korea having nukes if many other countries have them too?

Because North Korea has made threats against the Democratic as well as other countries and has proven to be agressive. Countries fear that North Korea will be the one country to start attacking others with nukes (i'm not saying no other country has, but never as their first attack) and if North Korea did so, it could very well trigger World War III

"I dont think the other countries with nukes want to sell them to terrorists." Plus, the little man running North Korea is a verified mad man with no conscience and no feelings for what happens outside of his country or even to the people he governs. He is to put is mildly, a VERY "loose canon."
