I'll take the backache. I once had a front top tooth become abscessed...it swelled my whole face up and blacked both eyes. The pain was excruciating.

I think theyre both really, really awful, but i think toothaches gotta be the worst

Both are bad as is most aches and pains. I will go for toothaches because when it hurts it can travel throughout the entire head.

I've experienced more back pain than toothaches. I have to say back pain.
