Yesterday morning mine was 100% but I have been doing some moderation yesterday and today so the percentage number has dropped as they have not all been through the system as of yet. So right now mine is lower than 99%

Once my latest two mod submissions kick in, it will be back at 100%, I'm confident of that. At the moment it's at 91%. I don't mod very often, but when I do, I try to make damn sure that I'm right about it.

mine usually stays right around the 50% mark. I figure that by definition, half the questions/answers are below average, and half are above. So if I see something that I consider way below average, then I down rate, and I try to find just as many above average questions/answers to upgrade.

It's lower than. It usually hovers around 90-95%

It's 100%, even though people can't see it, it's still there for me to see.
