Without doing research ahead of time, I don't think any State can legally prohibit sodomy any more. The Texas case of --- I think it was June 2003 --- put paid to all anti-sodomy laws because the US Supreme Court ruled that they discriminated against a minority group, based on sexual orientation. If memory serves, it was Lawrence vs Texas.
