Buy lots of lotions. We found a set that had one each for the legs, feet, stomach, and breasts. I would rub her down with them nightly. It was a bonding experience between she and I, and between our son and I. I would talk to him while I was pampering mommy. Find out what she's craving, and learn to make it. My wife craved shrimp alfredo with two and shrimp scampi with another. I learned to make them at home, which made it easier for her to enjoy it. She could eat it night or day in her PJs. Also, get one of those massagers that go over the back of a chair. Preferably, one with heat.

How far along is she... once you get into the 2nd trimester your "area" is waaaaaay more sensitive so I would reccomend some oral action because the orgasms are 10 times as intense!!!! Or you could do the same old song and dance flowers gifts whisper sweet nothings, but Im tellin u im pregnant and I dont want any of that just bring on the LOVIN!!!

Still have sex. Given her hormones, it's possible that she's incredibly horny but feels like a big fat blob. Go do stuff. Unless she's been ordered to stay in bed, go walking, go swimming, go do anything that's not high-impact. Don't let her "eat for two" like she's got a full-grown adult in there. Cravings are one thing, eating a whole pie by herself for desert is another. She should be eating healthy foods. These aren't really spoiling her in the mean time (although she'll feel a lot better with the good food and exercise) , but they'll make her gain less baby weight and make it quicker to lose-- consider it foreplay to spoiling her afterward.

Sex! Women love sex while pregnant. Also, buy her some bath salts so she can take nice relaxing baths. And, make sure she can get a nap - however you do it, watch the kids, or just encourage her - pregnancy is so exhausting. Also, her feet are probably killing her so give them a good rub. Buy her a nice cream and rub her all over to keep her skin nice and moist to prevent stretch marks! And buy her new bras to support her growing breasts - VERY necessary! And above all - read a pregnancy book. Surprisingly, this matters a LOT to many women. Take part in the pregnancy by being informed!

I have to disagree with some of the answers. When I was pregnant I had very little sex drive. So try to pay attention to what she is expressing as far as her desires and don't try to make her feel guilty if she doesn't want sex. Foot, back, shoulder and belly rubs are all good. Supply the craving foods. Most of all be a shoulder to lean on. Go to any appointments that you can. Hold her if she needs to cry. Let her be alone if she asks. Don't smother her with "you can't do that, you're pregnant" situations. My ex-husband did that and I knew perfectly well what I was and was not capable of. That's all I can think of at the moment.
