I really don't know of one MG1942. You could try using a tea bag moisted with warm water. I remember my mom doing that when I was a kid.

Any "ointment" that you could get over the counter that might treat that sort of thing, are never supposed to be used near or around the eyes. You have to go to a doctor for that they are only available by prescription.
