Are there any "blog" sites that you don't get penalized for having an opinion and speaking your mind?

Blogs are mostly people's personal journals and the rest are individuals who can't afford a website, trying to build up the impression of being an authority. The general rule is, if you disagree, just don't comment (sometimes its worth it, but hey, your call). Its kind of like their living room, you have every right to walk away as fast as possible, but no excuse to come in and then insult them. Even if you're right.
