Help answer this question below.

I want to generate a page where I will upload Search Engine friendly content, Once the content is being read by the search engine it should appear in the search results, but the major challenge is that after clicking on the search result the same content

    Maybe you were cut off and were unable to finish your question?

    Your new search engine friendly content won't appear on the website until Google caches your site again. Granted that you are attempting on Google(would be stupid to do anything else, even though I know I am going to get some comments on this).
