Yeah, as long as your okay with the possibility that someone might do that to you.

It's not wrong at all...just be aware that Karma dictates it is very likely that your waiter walked in to the restroom, washed his hands according to that sign on the wall, *then* went in the stall and took a runny dump, didn't use enough toilet paper, exited, then rolled up your "like new" silverware right before you got that table in the first place.

It's ok as long as you like the chef spitting in your food and the waiter/waitress putting boogers on your food.
-
Yeah. Would you really want to eat off silverwear that someone has licked (and with the possiblity they cold have a cold or worse). Theres better ways to spend my time then to do something that stupid.
-
Who knows you may of cleaned them better than they did, before you used them.
-
ok... im bringing my own silverware from now on

True story: I was working at a restaurant on Mothers day and we kept running out of silverware. Our manager finally just threw them the sink and said to hand wash them and put them back out to be reused..no running thru the dishwasher. By that point we were almost out of hot water so.. imagine..Needless to say, I don't eat there anymore.
