Extra-sharp all the way, hey hey hey. I like the aged white cheddar because they don't add the annatto coloring..but the orange stuff works too. I find the mild and medium kinda wimpy for my taste! :)

extra sharp (im assuming that means extra mature as thats what its called here in the UK!!) the stronger, the better :)

Cabot Seriously Sharp. It's soooooooo good. I guess that would be your extra extra sharp. + another extra! I just bought some today! I love all cheese as well.

I like sharp or my favorite is Tillamook, medium or sharp. It beats out all the others but I can't get it here in the east :-(
