I saw Phantom of The Opera in Toronto with Paul Stanley of KISS as the Phantom. It was phenomenal.

Phantom of the Opera. It still makes me cry. Part of that, though, is because it is tied up with the nostalgia of being young and single in London where I took some classes one summer. I saw it in Her Magesty's Theater, one of the oldest existing theaters.... On and on: romance and nostalgia.

mmm probably JC superstar because I just acted in it, but generally I think Webber's musicals are uninspired and lack decent musical scores (the only vaugly interesting bit are the vocal lines) My favorite musical of all time has to be Les Mis (I know that's not waht you asked but i told you anyway lol)

I was actually never a huge fan of ALW, but Jesus Christ Superstar had always stuck out to me as something incredible. The 1973 movie soundtrack is quite simply some of the best music I've heard from anything ever.
