  • i like that i sit in an office by myself all day and can do my work and hang out on answerbag. But SSSHHHH don't tell my boss
  • I like my job because it is interesting. People from all walks of life come in and are usually very friendly. Wacky people call on the phone and that is entertaining too. There are not too many folks where I work so there almost no drama and baloney. Sometimes I will get to go on errands to the post office, bank, pick up lunch and supplies so I get out every now and then. I am the oldest person in my office so the 18 year old college boy and I can share wisdom and wit.
  • I dislike school at the moment, because I have Chem and I'm not understanding it whatsoever even when I'm trying So hard to, so I'm gonna have to retake it spring semester! I dislike work becaue I work in a daycare and all of the kids are getting me sick when I wash my hands just about everyother second, but I like work because the babies are just too cute!
  • I don't like my school because there are too many pot heads there. So many people do drugs at my school. Good education but bad environment.
  • My job requires little critical thinking. My school requires too much of it. But what I DO like... I like that my job job has extremely flexible hours--it really shouldn't, but the people I work with are really understanding. I also like that, not requiring a ton of critical thinking, I get a lot of time to just contemplate whatever I want. My other job on the side, being a music critic...I love everything about it. Being paid to listen to music, getting exposed to these sonic surprises, writing about my favorite thing to write about, my own hours, other people reading what I'VE done. There are dozens of reasons why I like my school. It's simply unlike anyplace else. Even though it's a new school and it has some obvious draws (I happen to go to an all-girls high school...sort of...), the community is willing to shape itself as needed. The people are what make it, and there isn't so much bureaucracy that their good intentions get run over.
  • I dislike not having regular hours so I can't have a regular sleep schedule. Reheasals can last all day. Production consulting are 2 hour sessions sporadically spaced throughout the day. Studio work can happen from early morning to night. Shows can happen from afternoons until late night and still have meet/greets which can last until day break. So I catch naps throughout the day, then when I have a day or two off, I go into a coma.
  • I dislike my time at school because of the people there. Some of them I could really, really do without. I might like school if it wasn't for all the losers that go there, the gang members, and so on. Not a pleasant place to be at all.
  • The hum of the fluorescent lights that hum sooo annoyingly above!
  • I love my job because I work when I want and make my own hours, which allows me to be here for my kids. I do miss the steady paycheck of a traditional job though. It's been a while since I've been to school, but I consider life my school - I am still learning, practicing and problem solving constantly. It's a great adventure and I love it, but let's face it, it's the hardest thing I've ever done.
  • I enjoy the responsibilities of my job they encompass many critical thoughts and decisions throughout the day. I never really deal with the same situation on a regular basis either, I engineer mechanical systems for a HVAC company. The hours of both a full time job and school are demanding, especially with a family at home but the rewards outweight the cost, so it's a wash for me.
  • I dislike my school because of the uniform. A big massive heavy blazer and a jumper that doesnt properly fit on anyone is the worst of it. But i like goin there to see my friends
  • The only thing I really dislike about my job is the amount of time it takes away from my family. I only work a 40 hour week but I still always feel like I am rushing around to get chores done. I would much rather spend time relaxing with my husband and children. Life goes by too fast when you spend so much of it at work.
  • not being aloud to talk
  • What i hate about my job is when your boss favors one person over everyone else, that really pisses me off.
  • I like my school because I'm getting a bloody good education there I just hate the people I like my job because it's very easy and flexible I hate it because filing is possibly the most boring and tedious thing the world has ever seen, and when I go to hell, I'm dragging it (and James Blunt) down with me
  • Rampant unconscious behavior of colleagues (do not like). Seeing students learn (LOVE IT)!
  • I dislike my school because you dont learn there, and most of the teachers cant control the kids and run out crying..its silly. Thankgod i dont go there anymore!
  • All of the classes and stuff alwayz seem cold.. or maybe its me i'm alwayz cold.. other than that its fine!
  • It is just too far from where I live. They need to move my office closer to where my house is. I think I’m gonna talk to my boss right now about this!
  • I like my job because it gives me something to do, alittle extra cash, and I can feel like I'm actually helping financial wise with my finace but I dislike the stress that comes with my job and the setting at a desk all day long. It gets boring expcially since I'm the only one here.
  • my school has the most annoying teachers and internet firewall!
  • I love working with people, Speaking, studying, writing, dreaming, some counseling, and creating programs and projects. I dslike filing, filling out papers, errands, and five minute jobs. I am not all that fond of committee meetings.
  • People that ask me to work on their dirty or smelly feet or scalp in a massage session.
  • Well, like many things in life. They both become monotonous. Go to school for half your life, work the other.
  • The stupid teachers that blame you for everything and lose your homework and say you didnt turn it in.
  • I like working with customers and the fact that I never know the order of what I'll do (or if I'll do it) before I come to my job. I dislike when I don't have anything to do, when all the shelves are stocked and faced, minimal numbers of customers, etc.
  • A few co-workers who think so highly of themselves and the low salary are the things that I dislike about my job.
  • co-workers that act like they're still in high school.. Supervisors that don't respect the employee's right to privacy.
