Why is anything rejected.

Because they did not meet Answerbag's Terms of Use. Nonsense questions and spam/offensive questions are removed from the system. Miscategorized questions are not rejected, they are just moved to a better category. On the other other hand, duplicate questions are merged with the original question.

They get rejected because they are Spam/Offensive, meaning they are not allowed on this site because they are either against Terms of Use here or the Staff has designated that they are not allowed here. Included in that would be attacks on other users or staff, asking for points, racial or other highly discriminating attacks, obscenity, and anything done by a copycat account. All answers written under rejected questions are gone as well. Things like duplicates are rejected personally but they are combined with the original so the answers still remain.
