  • You need to reduce body fat. To clear something up, you CAN'T (CANNOT) target specific body parts to lose fat from. It comes from all over your body. If some parts seem flabbier than others, it could be genetic, and you will just have to work harder to remove the fat from those areas. Also, remember, where fat appears first, that's generally where it comes from last. In women, it's on the buttocks, and the hips, and in men it's on the stomach.
