  • The bottle doesn't come out and say it, but it seems to have trace amounts of caffeine (this is by taste test).Nutrition Facts Serving Size: 8 fl. oz. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amount per Serving 2.5 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Calories 38 Calories from Fat 0 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- % Daily Value * Total Fat 0g 0% Saturated Fat 0g 0% Monounsaturated Fat 0g Trans Fat 0g Cholesterol 0mg 0% Sodium 165mg 7% Potassium 0mg 0% Total Carbohydrate 10.5g 4% Dietary Fiber 0g 0% Sugars 10.5g Protein 0g 0% -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Vitamin A 0% Vitamin C 0% Calcium 0% Iron 0% Vitamin D 0% Thiamin (B1) 00 Riboflavin (B2) 0% Niacin (B3) 0% Vitamin B6 0% Folic Acid (Folate) 0% Vitamin B12 0% Biotin 0% Magnesium 0% Panthothenic Acid 0% Zinc 0% Copper 0% Manganese 0% Chromium 0% Molybdenum 0
  • I don't think so. According to the G2 website, G2 is a low-electrolyte (sp?) drink created to keep atheletes hydrated in their downtime between sporting events or workouts. Because of the low electrolyte level, it is not intended to keep atheletes hydrated DURING workouts; for that, you'd want Gatorade. They list the nutrients on this website but there's not a single mention of caffeine.
