  • Lists are very important. My lists are generally small but are to keep my day to day activities in order. If I didn't make a list, I would reguarly be disorganized and end up forgetting some of the things I should have done. You know how it is: get home, relax, turn on the tv and then remember that one thing that you had to do earlier that day but didn't. I usually make a simple list out for myself at night for the next day.
  • The only list I make is ideas of presents to get people. It's made my life a lot easier, since I never have to scramble around for a last minute gift. In the middle of June I may get an idea about a gift for a friend whose birthday is 6 weeks away, and this way I know I won't forget.
  • I usually make a list for things I need to do that have a deadline, like paying bills or appointments. The list that is most important to me is one of things I would like to do, but I have to wait for the right time to do them, visiting a special museum or attraction would be on the list.
  • Yes. I put them in my computer (reminders and also a To Do list in Outlook) and I have a paper list of things I simply must not forget. I also have a wall calendar, but that is for appointments and other things. I know alot of people who would never remember anything without their list!
  • I love making lists and marking my calendar and putting reminders in my computer. I am lost without most of them. On days that I get lazy and don't make my to-do list, or write down something that I NEED to remember, I wake up several times during the night worrying about all of these random things. I wake up so often that eventually I get up and make a list of lists that I need to write.
  • I always make lists..of everything, homework, stuff I need to buy/do...but I always misplace the lists...ja!
  • To do list is most important.
  • No, I don't.
  • Daily no, but possibly weekly. And I do keep a running list of things to buy at different places, like groceries or building supplies, craft supplies. I'd be lost without my pantry inventory list. I use it so I know what I take out so I can replace the item. I like to keep the pantry full, especially in winter tme because you never know when we'll be snowed in for days.
  • The reason we have paper is so we don't have to clog up our brains with repetitious stuff. I have a whole index card full of things to make sure I've checked or done before leaving the house in the morning; keeps me from forgetting important things like my wallet, see if I need an umbrella and so forth; and any errand outside the house or item to buy goes on another list so I can get several errands done in one trip. Saves time, saves gas, cuts pollution.
  • I make a to do list throughout the week of things I want to finish. I never actually end up getting much done, though. I procrastinate too much.
  • I have a list of people who are important to me, i look at it all the time. I also have a 'movies to watch' list!
  • i do this, i have my shopping list, my cleaning list, my meds list, my to do list, and my follow up list. if i lost my meds list i would be screwed.
