Hi, BlueFire on the Gold Coast has closed down. There is a BlueFire Churrascaria Grill at Waterfront City in Docklands (http://www.bluefiregrill.com.au/) - this was the original BlueFire, the Gold Coast one was based on this restaurant. BlueFire has the flame grilled meat and seafood. The waiters bring meat on huge skewers and carve it at your table - as much as you like. Lots of fun, especially with a group of people. Fiona
