  • sounds like depression which happens often for no reason. there is a thing called SAD which people get when seasons change and it goes from Sunny to cooler weather.. who knows. crying can be healthy to an extent. IF it starts interfering with sleep, daily life (you don't want to eat, shower, etc) if you get to where you just do not want to get out of bed, you need to see a MD but until then it may be something your system needs to just deal with
  • I had exactly the same thing happen to me a few months ago. I thought I was loosing my mind. I am usually a happy-go-lucky person and when it hit me, I cried and couldn't get out of bed for three days. It turned out to be a hormone imbalance, and when my hormone medication was adjusted, the problem simply disappeared. I'm so glad I went to my doctor and got it fixed. I urge you to do the same.
  • There is always a reason. Sometimes we are not ready to face the reason but it is there nagging at us and making us really sad. Try no to include too much worry into the mix. And, when you are ready you will see deep inside yourself. Having a journal will help. Until you feel better make the purpose of finding something to do.. read, write, watch a movie, sew... don't stay in bed crying. If you continue feeling this way or if the sadness increase, please, seek professional help. My e mail address is esperanza_@live.com in case you feel like having a pen pal.
