Rinse off my plate. I hate people that let the food get dried on

Put my plate in the dish washer and then smoke a cigarette

I go for a nice walk which covers about 2 miles.

I try very hard not to sit down. I don't want to have a big belly.

After the kitchen is cleaned up, most nights we try to go out for a walk (weather permitting). Otherwise, we watch some TV.

On work nights, if I manage to stay awake during dinner, I go to bed. On my days off, I read, do puzzles, play on the computer, or spend time with family and/or friends.

before our leg problems, we would go for a razor scooter ride around the neighborhood, or a walk. Now, I just clean up the dishes and he plops down on the sofa.
